Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment from the UK, US, Switzerland, Japan and the EU.

Folk accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo.

WHEN WILL WE TAKE YOUR PAYMENT
We will only debit your card when we dispatch your shoes to you.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will cancel and/or refund any unavailable items and we will let you know as soon as possible.

SIZES
All sizes of shoes are shown in European sizes - please see our size guide for UK sizes.

Our clothing sizes are 1 to 5. The equivalents are as follows:

2 Small
3 Medium
4 Large
5 X-Large

UK / Channel Islands: FREE

HOW ARE YOUR ITEMS DELIVERED
UK: Your items are sent by Royal Mail registered delivery. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required.
International: Your items are sent by Royal Mail "International signed for". On receipt of the goods a signature will be required.
Delivery Schedule
UK: We aim to dispatch your order in 1-2 working days.
EU: Please allow up to 14 working days from confirmation of order for delivery.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. We do not store or see any credit card information on systems. All credit card transactions are cleared using Worldpay.

Returns Policy
Should you wish to exchange or return any items you may have purchased from our website. Please return your item(s) unworn and in an unmarked condition within 10 days, enclosing a copy of your invoice to:

Please send the goods via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us.

Please state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded. We can only refund the card originally used for payment.
