How do I return an item?
You can return your item in of 3 ways.
New - Via Collect+
Collect+ is a convenient service that allows you to drop the item you wish to return to any Collect+ stores, 7 days a week, early to late. There are over 5,000 stores nationwide which can be found by clicking here.
Simply put the Collect+ returns label on to the front of your package, alternatively you can easily print your label online here.
Your item will then be returned to us for processing within 3-5 working days. We will email when we have received your item back.

Or you can return directly to any of our stores.
Please include your original invoice with the package.
We offer a full refund (excluding any shipping cost) on your order if you return back to us with 14 days of your receipt. Returns after this date will only be accepted at our discretion.
We will refund the card that the original order was placed on within 3 days of receipt of your return however the refund may take up to 10 days to complete dependent on the card issuer.
You will receive an email confirmation of the refund when it is processed.

Can I exchange my purchase?
Subject to availability you are welcome to exchange your purchase for a different size or another item. Please return the unwanted item as described above and send us a mail at shop@folkclothing.com so we can put the item you wish aside for you.
Alternatively you can exchange your item(s) at any of our stores.
If you are exchanging for an item with a lesser value we will refund the difference. If you have chosen a higher value item then you will have to place a new order and we will refund your original purchase.
When we send out your exchange there is no additional shipping charge.
All items that are returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition, including any packaging and swing tags. If any item is damaged, soiled or altered this may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you send back via Royal Mail special delivery or a similar service that requires a signature.
