Returns

We will provide a full refund if items are returned to us in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. Please return to:

After receiving the goods you have the right to cancel the contract and we will refund your credit / debit card (excluding original shipping costs) within 7 days. We can only refund the card that you have used to make payment with originally.

We recommend you send the goods via recorded delivery as we will not be held liable for goods that are lost in transit.
Card payments and security

We accept the following cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Paypal. When the order is placed at our website, card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. We do not store or see any card information on our system. All card transactions are cleared using Worldpay.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. For orders from other countries we do not charge tax but you may be liable to pay tax and duties when the goods enter your country. To find out how much these costs might be please contact your country’s customs.

Privacy Policy

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status.
