Returns & Refunds

We have extended our returns policy just in time for Christmas & New Year - any items purchased after the 1st November 2021 can be returned up until the 14th January 2022. Our extended returns policy applies across all online orders and in store purchases.

We offer an exchange or full refund (excluding shipping costs) on all orders returned back to us within 14 days of receipt. Returns after this date will only be accepted at our discretion.   With our current situation we will be flexible with these timings if you need to isolate and are struggling to reach a collection point.

For the avoidance of doubt we only offer refunds for internet purchases. For items acquired in store we offer a credit note or exchange.

All items that are returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition, including any packaging and swing tags. If any item is damaged, soiled or altered this may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.

 

How To Return Your Item(s) 

We provide Collect+ returns with all full price UK orders, print off a label by going to - https://www.collectplus.yodel.co.uk/folk - and simply attach the label to the front of your return parcel and take it to your most convenient Collect+ store.

Please include your invoice with a note with your preference for an exchange or a refund.

If you are an international customer unfortunately we don't offer free returns but you can book in a return with DHL here -  https://web.global-e.com/returns/portal/y9AA .    You will get a quote for the cost of the return which will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow seven working days after the return of your item for your refund to be processed.
