Returns

Our returns policy lasts for 14 days from receipt of purchase. If 14 days have gone

by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

It is important that you provide your invoice number when returning goods. Please
note that we do not accept returns on products purchased from other retailers.

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all orders returned to us in a resell-
able (unworn, tags attached, clean, neatly folded) condition within our 14 days
returns policy.

It is important that garments are returned in the original packaging to
be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Purchases made in-store are also subject to a 14 day return policy. Should you wish
to return your in-store purchase, we offer an exchange or credit note only.

Please allow up to 7 business days for a refund to be processed following receipt of
goods delivered to out returns address.

Returns are processed on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s.

Separate orders cannot be combined for returns or exchanges, each order must be
processed individually on our returns portal.

For hygiene reasons we will not accept returns or offer an exchange on any
swimwear products.

For UK Customers

For return on UK orders, simply visit https://returns.folkclothing.com/ and follow the steps to issue your return.

Please note that we don't offer free returns.

For International Customers

For International customers you can book in a return with DHL here: https://web.global-e.com/returns/portal/y9AA . You will get a quote for the cost of the return which will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow seven working days after the return of your item for your refund to be processed.

Faulty Item Return Policy

At Folk Clothing, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, however, you receive a faulty item, please review our return policy below:

  • Faulty Items: Returns will be accepted only if the goods were faulty upon delivery to you. Rest assured, we meticulously inspect each purchase before dispatch to minimize the possibility of faults.

  • Inspection Process: Upon receipt of a returned item, our team will conduct a thorough inspection. Items showing signs of fair wear and tear may not qualify as faulty.

  • Replacement: If a replacement is available in stock, we will happily exchange the faulty item for you.

  • Timeframe: Faulty goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • Worn Garments: Please note that garments showing signs of wear and returned after 30 days of purchase will not be considered faulty and will not be eligible for a refund.
