CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ASSISTANT - full time
Customer experience is vital to our continued success and future growth and it is our aim for our online customers to receive the same personal experience that an in store customer receives. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, as such, excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving and a can do attitude is essential. Often inbound enquiries start with a problem, it will be your responsibility to turn this into a positive outcome for the customer.
We are seeking a proactive team player to join our team as Customer Experience Assistant within our busy Distribution Centre in East London, E16 .You will be joining a fast paced, highly collaborative team where you will be responsible for customer experience and associated administration for Folk and our partner brands.
This role is full time and will be on a rotating shift pattern varying between the hours of 8am to 7pm and you must be able to work flexible hours/days to support the needs of the business. During peak times we may operate 7 days per week.

RETAIL ASSISTANT - full time

You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, as such, excellent product knowledge, interpersonal skills, problem solving and a can do attitude is essential.
We are seeking a proactive team player to join our team in the Redchurch Street store, London E2. You will be joining a fast paced, highly collaborative team where you will be responsible for customer experience, meeting sales targets and associated administration for Folk and our partner brands.
This role is full time and will be on a rotating shift pattern varying between the hours of 10am to 7pm and you must be able to work flexible hours/days to support the needs of the business.
Full training will be provided to ensure you are set up for success in your role.
